Women’s Strength

Our women’s strength program is the area’s best program FOR WOMEN BY WOMEN. This program is designed to introduce women to strength training in a FUN, SUPPORTIVE and ENCOURAGING atmosphere. Participants utilize whole-body compound lifts to lose body fat, GAIN confidence, build strength, increase bone mass and become STRONG, confident women.
