Youth Weightlifting

Our Youth Weightlifting program is designed for young athletes and youth lifters aged 11 to 16 years old. The program teaches the basics of weightlifting and strength & conditioning with a long-term athletic development mindset. The focus is on learning good technique while building basic strength and good habits that will help the athlete through their athletic career and beyond.

This program can be used for sport performance (weightlifting movements are some of the best ways to build explosive power, which is why you see nearly every S&C program incorporate them) or as a stand-alone program to build strength, confidence, and fitness (opportunities for competitions at the local and national level are available through our Barbell Team)
