Beau Teaching

Beau has been a Starting Strength Coach since 2010.  He spent several years as a strength coach for the US Military serving as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and USAW Weightlifting coach before opening Westminster Strength and Conditioning in 2010.

 

 

 

 


Angie Bryant Angie Pulling

Angie is a practicing Physician Assistant, a Starting Strength Coach and a professor in the Exercise Science department at McDaniel College where she teaches Sports Nutrition and Strength Training.

 

 

 

 


Eric Shugars

Eric also serves as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for several local high school teams

 

 


Mallory Sutphin

Mallory started at Westminster Strength in 2010, and is now a coach and a recovered long-distance runner. Steve Barker

015-copySteve is a certified strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer, certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the American College of Sports Medicine.  After attaining his bachelor’s in exercise science, Steve has been diligent in the fitness industry, working everywhere from Division I Universities as a strength and conditioning coach, to working with clients 1-on-1 in fitness facilities. Steve has served as a coach at Westminster Strength and Conditioning since 2012 and has helped numerous people become better versions of themselves through simple, effective training methods.
